Moi Fatty de Jerry Stahl fait les titres des magazines, présenté comme le livre à lire en ce moment... Et pourtant il n'est pas récent ! Sorti en 2005 aux Etats-Unis, il raconte l'histoire de Fatty Arbuckle, l'un des rois du slapstick comme Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton... Mais sa mise au pilori après la mort de Virginia Rappe a arrêté net sa carrière.
Il a eu bien du mal à retravailler, derrière la caméra cette fois-ci, sous un pseudonyme...

I Fatty hits the headlines in France, as every magazine talks about the french translation and that trouble story. It's not new as it was already out in 2005 in the US, telling the story of Fatty Arbuckle, one of the slapstick's kings as Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton... But when he made the headlines and was dismissed of his fame, his carrier stopped suddenly. The death of Virginia Rappe stopped him.
He tried to work again, behind the camera and with an alias...
